I have found myself spending a ton of money on immune shots from the juice shops and grocery stores, so i decided to try to make them myself! I finally found a recipe I love and take this shot every morning when I have the chance to make a batch of it. See below for recipe!

Ingredients

  • Fresh Ginger (about 2 legs of it)
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 3 1/2 cups of water                            


First thing to do is tear the ginger 


Second, put the ginger in a pot and add the water and honey. Let it warm up for a little over the stove. Please note: the water should never boil! Keep on medium-low heat.

Third, Let it cool off for a bit and then squeeze in the 2 lemons. Mix it around and then strain the liquid into a bowl. The strainer will catch all of the torn up ginger and lemon seeds so you will come out with a pure liquid.


Finally! Pour the liquid into a bottle and refrigerate and just like that you have a ginger shot that you can take daily and save a ton of money from buying them all the time.
